Experiences/opinions of this Fragrance for men?
This really is not an ad, so please comment – I just bought a fragrance for men (Hypnose homme by Lancome) and I’m now hesitating if it’s good for a 24-year-old. I always have the option to give it to my dad 
The person who I thought to give it to is mature, likes to wear ‘gentleman’-type of clothing, but nothing too ‘expensive looking’. However, when I saw the ads by Lancome they seem to focus on an age group 35+. I’ve bought eau de toilettes and perfumes that are meant for women of 30-40 years of age, I’m just over 20 – and I’ve been very happy with them. So can you actually buy a fragrance that is just too mature for a 24-year-old? Thanks for comments!
It’s possible that the ads aren’t so much saying the fragrance is for 35+ ages, but for the more mature man. If your friend a mature guy, and it seems to fit his personality, and you think he will like the scent then I say don’t sweat it. I have worn Chanel No.5 since I was 15, and I am sure the “age” demographic for that is a lot higher! I don’t think it’s so much that you can’t wear perfumes and scents meant for older age groups, just that the average age of the person purchasing it is in that age group. Hope this helps, and he likes his gift, I think it’s a nice scent!
